NHSOB Under 9's were on their travels again last Sunday, this time making the journey to New Panteg.
The U9's have been in great form of late and Sunday was no different as they romped to their biggest win of the season, defeating their depleted but plucky hosts by 12 tries to nil.The 'Old Boys' proved to be ruthless in attack and frugal in defence, rarely letting the hosts out of their own half.
Arguably, the pick of the tries came when, after tremendous pressure, the home sides courageous defence was stretched to the limit and with a two on one situation created, Darren Whelton timed his pass to perfection to put Alexi Webb in for a great score.
Man of the match was newcomer Jamie Brian who impressed the coaches with his work rate.
