NHSOB

NHSOB were hosted by St Joseph's  this week at the Duffyrn High School Ground. The game started of at a slow pace with both sides making mistakes in the contact areas. it was some time before there was a score by Morgan John which was also converted....

The game continued with some strong attacks and counter attacks from both sides. There was some good tackles from Georgia  which saw her bring down several of the forwards.  There was a second try from the  St Joes side scored and converted by Daniel Snelling to take the score to 14-0

The second half so a pick up in the pace of play and a quick ball from behind the scrum by Jake Price saw the ball travelling across the line and was taken over the line by Kurtis Adams who went on to convert his own try. The game continued at a much better pace than the 1st half with better handling and tackles from both sides.  Some good drives from the front row boys led to the ball coming back quickly and created good attacking situations. Strong defence prevented a further try and the final score was 14 - 7.
